Michael has over 25 years of experience guiding Acquest Companies through all facets of development. From acquisition, developing and managing projects including design build, warehouse, Class A Office, mixed use, R&D and Light Industrial spaces, he ensures quality is top notch, budgeting is on point and the project flows smoothly from start to finish.

Tim provides development leadership across large-scale industrial, logistics, and mixed-use projects, guiding sites from early due diligence through approvals and construction readiness. With a hands-on approach and deep experience navigating complex municipal and environmental processes, he works closely with clients, agencies, and project teams to move projects forward efficiently and effectively.

Adam has 25 years of experience and has been leading Acquest’s Design Department for the past 9 years through all facets of the design process from conceptual design to construction documents, bidding and permitting, construction administration and post-occupancy facility management initiatives. Adam manages the design process and builds strategic relationships and teams with Architectural and Engineering firms around the country on a variety of projects including design build, warehouse, Class A Office, mixed use, R&D and Light Industrial spaces. He ensures the team has clear communication and goals and facilitates on-time delivery of design milestones while adhering to quality control processes.
